We Pakistani make BBQ for masala soft tender piece of meat in amazing mouth-watering spicy masala. “Sarson ka Sagg” with butter and “makae ke rote” will make your life. You can melt my heart like butter on fresh hot roti. “Paratha” in “daise ghee” you name it we love it. Moreover, Pakistani “Tarka” enhance the taste of food. The final splash of oil and fried spices. It enhance the flavour of ordinary foods and take them to the next level. Just imagine “mash ki daal” with butter and “achar”. And how we can forget “gol gappy” with spicy “khata”.

Breakfast of Lahore gives you flavour like haven's food. “Nan chanay”, “halwa pore”, “lassi”, “alo wala paratha”, “mole wala paratha”, “anday wala partha”, “alo ke buchia”, “achar paratha”, boiled/scrambled/fried/omelette, Sweet yogurt “Nehare” and “sere pay”, “Bakar-khane” with black tea is the most demanded dishes.

Just like Pakistani spicy foods, Pakistani sweets are also famous all around the world. Pakistani people are accused of having very sweet sweets.  What’s the point of sweets if they aren’t sweet? “Son halwa” of Multan and hot “gajjar ka halwa”, “gajrela”, “paithay ka halwa” are more than delicious and full of energy and mostly demanded in winter season. “Baraf Ka Gola”, “kulfi”, “faloda” and “ras malai” is the most demanded food in the summer season.  You can taste different flavours of pan in Sindh. The celebration without jailable is considered incomplete. Taste of “Gulab Jaman, rasgola and barfii” will change your mood.  And there is no comparison of Pakistani “Dodh pati” and “Peshawari kehwa”.
